(Las Vegas, NV) – Nevada’s attorney general has closed the case on last month’s controversial boxing match between Timothy Bradley and Manny Pacquiao.
In a letter to promoter Bob Arum, Catherine Cortez Masto says unless someone comes forward with criminal allegations, “the matter is closed.”
There was angst among boxing fans when Bradley was judged the winner in a bout with Pacquiao at the MGM Grand on June 9th. The Masto office says the judges who scored the fight were experienced and had proper licenses.
