(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Vice President Joe Biden will speak at a Latino conference in Las Vegas next month.  Biden and several Obama administration officials will be at La Raza’s annual gathering, which starts July 7th at Mandalay Bay.

It’s the first time the civil rights group is holding its meeting in Nevada, a key battleground state for the November election.

La Raza has also invited Republicans to address the gathering.  Governor Brian Sandoval will deliver a videotaped address, and the group is still in talks with Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign.
