(Las Vegas, NV) – The Toronto Blue Jays signed 49-year-old Jamie Moyer to a minor league contract.
MLB.com reported that Moyer will report to the Las Vegas 51′s, where he is expected to join the rotation.
Moyer started the season in Colorado, where he became the oldest pitcher to win a game in the big leagues. He went 2-5 with a 5.70 ERA in 10 starts with the Rockies before being designated for assigment.
Moyer then signed a minor-league contract with Baltimore on June 6, before being released Saturday.
