Kevin has been busy watching the government get involved in sports issues. Today, a high-ranking senator is calling off a proposed hearing on bounties in professional sports because he is satisfied with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell’s response to the issue, including setting up an anonymous hotline.
Last week, Republican Sen. John McCain of Arizona and Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid of Nevada introduced legislation Monday that would create the U.S. Boxing Commission. Is this too much?
