GEORGE NOORY IN LAS VEGAS: Get tickets now -- be there June 9!

(Las Vegas, NV)  —  A group of investors led by baseball player Jason Giambi are suing a Las Vegas casino for profits to which they say they were entitled.

The “Sun” reports the two companies funded by the Colorado Rockies player filed suit this week against the Hard Rock Hotel.  The lawsuit claims Giambi’s companies invested in several restaurants and nightclubs at the off-Strip resort, but did not receive profits estimated at about $12 million.

Hard Rock officials have not yet commented on the lawsuit.
