(Las Vegas, NV)  —  The circus is back in Las Vegas, and so are the animal rights activists.

Members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals handed out flyers on the Las Vegas Strip yesterday, urging people not to attend Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus’ newest show.  PETA claims the circus mistreats its performing animals.

Ringling Brothers’ current production, “Dragons”,  runs through this Sunday at the Thomas and Mack Center.
