GEORGE NOORY IN LAS VEGAS: Get tickets now -- be there June 9!

(Las Vegas, NV) — The family of Erik Scott has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Costco.

The warehouse chain has been named in the suit, along with an employee who called 911 after the 38-year-old Scott was seen carrying a concealed weapon in July 2010, before he was shot and killed by police outside the Summerlin store.

The suit claims Costco did not post its no-firearms policy, or include it on the membership application Scott filled out. The Scott family dropped a lawsuit against Metro earlier this year.
