(Las Vegas, NV) — Rebates and financial incentives are on the minds of the Las Vegas City Council.
EnergyFit Nevada is a statewide initiative that was created to help retrofit homes.
Homeowners can sign up for a home energy assessment, which includes an approved contractor to conduct your home energy assessment, ventilation and air leakage inspection, insulation inspection, air conditioning and heating systems inspection, among other things.
So far, more than 500 homes have been upgraded statewide, many of which are located in the city of Las Vegas. The program helps our residents save money, it creates jobs, it raises community pride and it saves energy.
