Bail Set For Ex-Coach Accused Of Sex With Student
(Las Vegas, NV) — A judge has set bail at $110,000 for a former Silverado High School softball coach accused of having a sexual relationship with one of the students on his team.
Albert Henandez is charged with two counts of sexual misconduct with a student, three counts of producing child pornography, and one count of distributing child pornography.
Police say the relationship between Hernandez and the 17-year-old female student lasted for several months, until her father became concerned about how often she called and texted her coach.
During their investigation, police found nude pictures of both the teenage girl and Hernandez. They also found pictures of the two engaging in sexual acts.
The judge says Hernandez will be given house arrest once bail is posted. He is due back in court June 19th.
