Las Vegas – A Vegas sports memorabilia dealer is suing Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick. The “Philly Post” says, according to the suit, Vick broke an agreement with J.O. Sports by not attending private signings and failing to provide game-used equipment for re-sale. The “Post” reports J.O. Sports owner Jarrod Oldridge had been accused of doctoring jerseys to increase their value, and later pleaded guilty to mail fraud. Vick’s agent says his client terminated his agreement with J.O. Sports when rumors surfaced last year that Oldridge was a scam artist.
