(Las Vegas, NV)  —  A man will spend at least two years in prison for theft at the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign.

Juan Cordero, 49-years-old, confessed to taking money, cameras, cell phones and other items from cars parked at the iconic sign on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip.  Police say the thefts took place earlier this year.

A second suspect, 26-year-old Jakeline Delgado, also faces charges in the case.
