Man Indicted In Death Outside Las Vegas Strip Club
LAS VEGAS (AP) — A 27-year-old man has been indicted in the gang-related shooting death of a man outside a strip club in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports a Clark County grand jury on Friday indicted Terrell Durr on a charge of murder with the intent to assist a criminal gang.
Police say 53-year-old Robert Turman was shot and killed Nov. 27 outside the Deja Vu club west of the Strip. He was standing in the club’s valet parking area after being asked to leave following an altercation.
The indictment alleges Durr is affiliated with the Donna Street Crips.
Durr also was indicted on a charge of attempted murder in the shooting of another man in the foot at the same time.
Durr is being held in jail without bail.
