(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Las Vegans will get a rare treat this weekend, thanks to a solar eclipse.

Much of Nevada will see a ring of fire in the sky, as the moon passes in front of the sun on Sunday afternoon.

But don’t look directly at the sky with the naked eye, or you could suffer retina damage.  Instead, use special glasses made for eclipse watching, or check out the viewing party at the College of Southern Nevada’s planetarium in North Las Vegas.
