LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Las Vegas Strip’s only bingo room is going virtual.

The Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is launching a partnership this week with Buffalo Studios, the company behind the popular Facebook game Bingo Blitz.

Riviera CEO Andy Choy told The Associated Press Thursday that the move is designed to help the casino attract new customers and expand into the realm of online gaming.

Starting this week, Bingo Blitz players will be able to play bingo on a Web page adorned with an image of the casino.

The casino’s next bingo tournament is in July.
