(Las Vegas, NV)  —  The longest running civic event in the history of Las Vegas is back through Sunday. Helldorado Days features a nightly Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) rodeo, a parade, carnival, Whiskerino (facial hair) contest, golf tournament, poker tournament, art show, art auction, trail ride, exhibits, and food and beverages.

As a non-profit fundraising event, 100% of the proceeds from Helldorado Days help local children and veterans. The event has always been produced by the members of Elks Lodge No. 1468.

Main event activities are located downtown,  in between Las Vegas Boulevard and 7th Street from Stewart Avenue to Mesquite. Saturday’s parade begins at 5pm, at Gass Avenue and Fourth Street and proceeds up Fourth to Ogden Avenue.
