Kevin takes a look at the arbitrator ruling that has lead to the Clark County School District to lay off over 1,000 employees. As reported early today, Head of Communications Amanda Fulkerson said the district had tough decisions to make. “This is something we were forced to do. We will have to need reduce our employees by 1,015 classroom postions. This is not something we want to do.”
Earlier this evening, KXNT reporter Samantha Stone was with the Clark County School District Board of trustees when they voted to adopt a final budget that reflects the layoffs.
