(Washington, DC)  – Nevada will get $1.1-million to help jobless workers find new employment.  The Labor Department says the money will be used to conduct in-person assessments for those who get unemployment checks, matching their skills with available openings.  More than three-dozen states will get over $65-million through the Re-employment and Eligibility Assessment initiative.
