(Las Vegas, NV)  –  A Las Vegas doctor will spend two years in federal prison for illegal distribution of a popular painkiller.  The “Review-Journal” says 74-year-old James Tinnell pleaded guilty to one count of distributing oxycodone without a legitimate medical purpose.  In return, 11 other counts have been dismissed.  Prosecutors say Tinnell represented himself as a pain management specialist and medical marijuana advocate.
