Las Vegas – Las Vegas’ Bryce Harper, who was called up over the weekend by the Washington Nationals, went 1 for 3 with a single a made a great defensive play against the wall Sunday, as the Dodgers shutout the Nationals 2-0.

On Saturday, the 19-year old from Las Vegas High and CCSN picked up his first career major league hit, an RBI double off of Chad Billingsley in the top of the 7th. The Nationals lost that game as well, going down to the Dodgers 4-3. Harper went 2-6 with an RBI and walk in his first two major league games.
