(Las Vegas, NV) — Las Vegas residents can get help to buy a home under a new partnership between the city and Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo is launching a new initiative for about 500 income-eligible people. The Neighborhood LIFT program provides up to 15-thousand dollars in down payment assistance grants. Mayor Carolyn Goodman says the city will provide even more incentives for buyers who choose a foreclosed home. A public event will be held next week for home buyers. Qualified buyers can make up to $79, 200 with a family of four.
