(Las Vegas, NV)  –  State officials have ordered a Las Vegas lender to stop offering various services to help people stay in their homes.  The Division of Mortgage Lending has accused Mortgage Capital USA of operating without a license for providing loan modifications or foreclosure prevention options.  Mortgage Capital faces a $25,000 fine, and now has 20 days to contest the order.
