(Las Vegas, NV)  –  Buying a condo at the CityCenter complex on the Strip will cost you less.  The “Review-Journal” reports prices of high-rise units have dropped by 25%.  Buyers will get a 10% price reduction, along with incentives such as reduced homeowner association fees.  The cheapest one-bedroom unit now starts at $315,000.  Officials hope to jump-start sales in a stagnant luxury residential market.
