LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities have identified two people who died in a fiery crash at a northwest Las Vegas intersection after police say their vehicle was broadsided.
The Clark County coroner says 67-year-old driver John E. Sullivan and 57-year-old female passenger Anita M. Sullivan died at the scene following the 12:30 a.m. Sunday crash at Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive in Summerlin.
The Las Vegas residents were in a Hyundai Sonata that was struck in the side by a Subaru Impreza that police say ran a stop sign.
The 23-year-old driver of the Subaru was hospitalized with injuries that were described as minor.
He wasn’t immediately charged, but police say the crash remains under investigation.
