PEDRTSTIANS have the right away thanks to the MEDIA these stupid people think they can just step out into traffic without looking and your suppose to JUST STOP even if you DO NOT have enought time.

I believe that Ron’s comment is incorrect and inaccurate. In Nevada (Las Vegas) pedestrians have the right of way inside the crosswalk and with the traffic light. If they just step off the curb and into traffic they are guilty of Jay Walking and can/will be ticketed, even if they are injured.

This is NOT California where they can do this. And, the media saying “The Pedestrian has the right of way” does NOT make it so.

These California transplants need to learn the laws here in Nevada and not spew the laws of California. Nevadans would be more than happy if those transplants go back to California and stop trying to change Nevada.

Correcto Mundo: This IS NOT Californicate. THEY have acquired licenses but not read the book. Also: YOU do not have to stop for a red light of a school bus when going the opposite direction WHEN there is a “PHYSICAL” divider on the highway. Turn off the phone and drive.
