(Las Vegas, NV)  —  A pair of local celebrities will encourage people to play it safe during spring break.  Las Vegas Strip headliner Holly Madison and mixed martial arts fighter Forrest Griffin will urge partiers to drink responsibly and have a designated driver.  It’s part of the “Party Smart” campaign by Metro Police, which uses local TV and social media sites to spread the message.
