(Washington, DC)  —  The lawyer representing Nevada against the federal health care measure predicts defeat for the two-year-old law.  Mark Hutchison tells KXNT he thinks the Supreme Court will strike down the so-called “individual mandate” requiring people to buy health insurance.  Hutchison has spent $10,000 of his own money representing Nevada in the multi-state lawsuit.  The high court begins three days of hearings today.

    Welll.. what else is he supposed to say? How about getting opinions of lawyers who are not directly involved in the case, In other news, Ford CEO says Ford trucks are the best made trucks in the world and Budweiser execs say theiy brew the best tasting beer. No news here… move along.
