Las Vegas – The Rebels go down again, for the third year in a row, the Runnin’ Rebels have been eliminated in the first round of the NCAA tournament. UNLV was unable to close a 20-point gap in the second half last night, as the 11 seeded Colorado Buffaloes upset the 6th seeded Rebel’s 68-to-64 in New Mexico. The Rebels had a rough night shooting going just 23-71 from the field and 9-36 from behind the 3 point line. Junior Anthony Marshall was the one highlight for the Rebels scoring 15 points, 3 steals and 4 blocks. UNLV ends its season with a 26-and-9 record.
