(Las Vegas, NV) – A fire that broke out just after 1:00am may be cause for alarm. Two units were completely lost at the Paradise Spa complex near the South Point Hotel Casino. Several people were displaced, but this is not the first fire in the history of the complex.

In 2009, a fire broke out that was deemed suspicious according to Channel 13 Action News.  The former HOA Treasurer Massoud Aaron Yashoauufar is in hot water with Attorney General Catherine Cortez-Masto. He is accused of using money for purposes other than building maintenance and was indicted in December 2011 of three counts of theft of property by false pretenses and three counts of embezzlement.
