(Las Vegas, NV)  —  “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis has lost a court battle with casino mogul Steve Wynn.  District Judge Mark Denton sided with Wynn in a defamation complaint against Francis, and awarded the casino owner seven-point-five million dollars in damages.  Francis had claimed Wynn deceived customers and did not honor agreements over a two-million dollar debt Francis still owes to Wynn’s casino.  Wynn officials say they’ll attach Francis’ assets to collect the money.
