Tom Perrigo is with the City of Las Vegas and discussed the savings the city will see throughout the years. “Currently, the old city hall pays on average of $700 thousand a year. The new city hall will be closer to $250 thousand annually.” That savings of nearly $500 thousand a year will certainly allow the city to budget differently and allow for other projects to move forward.
