(Las Vegas,NV)  —  A former state lawmaker hopes to become the next member of the Las Vegas City Council.  Republican Bob Beers says he’ll run for the Ward Two seat being vacated by Steve Wolfson.  Beers served in the Assembly and the state Senate from 1999 until he lost his re-election bid in 2008.  The “Review-Journal” says several others have expressed interest in the council seat.   A special election will be held March 20th.  Filing for the race will take place next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Nice to see such a moral, upstanding individual file for office. I am so tired of all of the debauched adulterers, philanderers, skirt chasers, womanizers, self-seekers, phonies and two-faced money-grubbers.
