(Las Vegas) – The Department of Motor Vehicles branch on east Sahara was evacuated about 45 minutes before closing time late Wednesday afternoon so a Metro Police robot could check out a suspcious powder. Just over an hour later police gave the “all clear” saying whatever the powder is, it’s not dangerous. A spokesman says the DMV branch should be open for business as usual Thursday morning.
