(Henderson, NV)  –  Henderson Mayor Andy Hafen says he’s upbeat about the future of Nevada’s second-largest city.  In his State of the City address yesterday, Hafen announced a 156-million dollar expansion at Saint Rose Sienna hospital, and plans to enlarge the Levi Strauss distribution facility.  The mayor told business leaders at Green Valley Ranch he feels “more positive and upbeat” about Henderson than ever before.  That’s despite a tough economy, a series of city worker buyouts and the loss of online retailer Zappos to the city of Las Vegas.
