Vermillion Drops Lawsuit

(Las Vegas) Kathleen Vermillion – who stepped away from her post as a Henderson City Councilwoman, as well as the “Partnership For Homeless Youth” charity she founded – has filed court papers to drop a lawsuit she filed against her ex-boyfriend, County Commissioner Steve Sisolak, as well as the County itself. She was accusing them of releasing her private medical records.

Vermillion was released from a local hospital Tuesday after reportedly trying to take her life late last Friday with an overdose of alcohol and medication.
