(Las Vegas, NV) – A light turnout is expected for today’s election to recall Las Vegas Councilman Steve Ross. Voter registrar Larry Lomax predicts just ten-percent of eligible voters in Ward Six will cast a ballot. Ross is being challenged by city planning commissioner Byron Goynes. Opponents are trying to remove Ross from office, after he denied a waiver to a car dealer in his district. Three polling locations have been designated for voters, who can cast ballots between 7:00 this morning and 7:00 tonight.
