A man shot and wounded by Henderson police last month will make his first court appearance this morning. Fifty-three year-old Tony McNeill remains at Sunrise Hospital, where he’s recovering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Authorities say McNeill threatened suicide at his condo near Racetrack Road and Boulder Highway on December 26th. Three Henderson officers fired shots after McNeill allegedly pointed a rifle at them. McNeill faces felony counts of assault and discharging a firearm.
