Mayweather Future In Doubt
Boxing champion and Las Vegas resident Floyd Mayweather Jr. will need to go before the Nevada Athletic Commission in order to fight in 2012. KXNT talked with Nevada Athletic Commission Executive Director Keith Kizer about the future of the undefeated Mayweather. “The (Nevada Athletic) commission will have a hearing on Mr. Mayweather’s application, if and when he applies in 2012 due in part to these convictions”, said Kizer. Mayweather is ordered to surrender to authorities Friday at 10:45 am to begin serving his 90 day jail sentence on his domestic assault battery conviction.
