(North Las Vegas, NV)  –  Toyota is reportedly looking at sites for a manufacturing and distribution plant in North Las Vegas.  Blogger Mike Henle says according to a source, the automaker has been reviewing two locations for the past several months, including a parcel near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. But the “Sun” says state economic development leaders have no knowledge of any plans by Toyota. Henle says the company is interested in North Vegas due to the tsunami and earthquake that affected its Japanese operations earlier this year.
