Las Vegas – The MAACO Bowl Las Vegas got off to a great start for the Boise State Broncos with 100 yard kickoff return from Senior Doug Martin to go up 7-0, it marked the longest kickoff return in the 20 year history of the MAACO bowl. The Broncos rolled from their going up 28-3 by halftime. Arizona State should a little life in the second half with Rashad Ross taking the opening kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown. Arizona State kicked a field goal and added to fourth quarter touchdown passes from Brock Osweiler, but it was too little too late as the Boise State Broncos went on to win big 56-24. Senior quarterback Kellen Moore ends his college career with his 50th win, a NCAA record. Moore threw for 266 yards 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Boise State running back Doug Martin was named the MAACO Bowl Las Vegas MVP, totaling over 300 yards from the line of scrimmage.
