LAS VEGAS (KXNT Newsradio) – Clark County commissioners have unanimously approved a land sale to a Chinese energy firm for a massive solar power plant. Under the deal, ENN Mojave Energy will pay $4.5 million for nine-thousand acres near Laughlin to build a solar energy facility. The county is selling the land well below appraisal, but ENN will return the parcel if it does not build the plant. The project is expected to create some 2,900 construction jobs and more than 2,200 permanent jobs once it’s completed.

Why do we have to sell out to the Chinese? Is there not an American Company willing to do the same thing. Why below apprasal? Shame on the commissioners.

I feel exactly like you do Bernie. I have the same questions! Bush Jr. sold us out to the Chinese.
