(Las Vegas, NV) – UNLV has hit a milestone. Over three-thousand students took part in Saturday’s graduation ceremony at the Thomas & Mack Center, where the 100th diploma was handed out. This fall’s graduates ranged between 19- and 79-years-old. UNLV awarded its first degree back in 1964. Former Senator Richard Bryan was presented with the Distinguished Nevadan award for his efforts to improve education in the Silver State.
