(Carson City, NV)  –  Nevada’s anti-smoking law has been upheld by the state Supreme Court. Justices say a lower court judge was right to issue an injunction against a Las Vegas bar for smoking violations, along with providing ashtrays and matches for customers. Voters approved the Clean Air Act in 2006, which bans smoking in bars and restaurants.
