(Las Vegas, NV)  —  The Clark County School Police and several employees have been slapped with a lawsuit over a 2009 party where alcohol was served to teens.  The parents of  Angela Peterson, who died in a DUI accident, claim a school police dispatcher hosted the party and invited officers to the event, then allegedly served booze to underage guests and covered up what happened.  Kevin Miranda, who was 18 at the time, pleaded guilty for the accident that killed Peterson.  He’s now serving time in prison.
