(Carson City, NV)  —  State officials have plans to start dozens of road construction projects in Clark County next year.  But it all depends on funding.  The “Las Vegas Sun” says the Department of Transportation wants to spend more than $550-million on 87 projects, but a spokesman says it’s unclear how much federal money will be available.  Priority projects include widening I-15 from Spring Mountain to the Spaghetti Bowl, and a bypass on U.S. 93 near Foothills Road.
