(Las Vegas, NV)  — Homeowners will get some help from a new foreclosure fraud reform law that takes effect tomorrow.  Banks will be required to record foreclosure documents in the county where the property is located, and they must verify they have the legal right to sell a foreclosed home.  Nevada has the highest foreclosure rate in the nation.
