(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Starting tomorrow, a new law bans drivers from using hand-held cell phones while behind the wheel.  For the next three months, law enforcement officials will issue warnings to drivers caught chatting or texting.  After January 1st, violators will pay a $50 fine, with higher penalties for repeat offenders.  Nevada is the ninth state to adopt a cell phone law.
