(Las Vegas, NV)  –  A ruling is expected this week in a medical marijuana case.  Attorneys for a pot co-operative want the case dismissed, claiming the defendants were not growing or selling marijuana.  They say state law is flawed because people with medical needs can possess small amounts of marijuana, but can’t legally buy it.  Last week, a judge dismissed a criminal case against another co-op, claiming the law was too vague.
