(Carson City, NV)  —  As Carson City residents begin to recover from Tuesday’s deadly shooting, the restaurant where it took place may never open its doors again.  The IHOP has been fenced off and the windows remain boarded up.  City Manager Larry Werner tells the “Review-Journal” no decision has been made about the future of the restaurant where 32-year-old Eduardo Sencion shot and killed four people before taking his own life.  Werner says razing the IHOP may be an option.
