Thousands of Clark County students are heading back to class today.  The new school year brings a number of changes to the nation’s fifth-largest school district.  New Superintendent Dwight Jones will be dealing with a lower budget while trying to improve student performance.  New methods are being adopted to measure student progress, and the district is taking steps to help improve performance at individual campuses.
