Vegas Man Pleads Guilty To Orange County Assaults
SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — California prosecutors say a registered Alaska sex offender has been sentenced to six years and eight months in prison for assaulting two women and pushing a pregnant woman to the ground in Orange County.
Twenty-six-year-old Anthony Huskey of Las Vegas was sentenced Thursday after pleading guilty to two felony counts of false imprisonment by violence, one felony count of sexual battery by
restraint, one felony count of assault with intent to commit a sexual offense and one misdemeanor count of battery.
The assaults took place in Huntington Beach in August 2010.
Huskey is a registered sex offender in Alaska because of a 2003 conviction for sexual abuse of a minor.
One victim told the judge she views men differently now and scares easily if strangers get too close.
